You are more powerful than you know.

My pregnancy and postnatal classes utilise the physical practice of yoga, with other limbs of yoga to enable women to tap into inner power and soothe the nervous system. Each pregnancy class focuses on a different element: earth, wind, fire, ether, air to rebalance the physical and subtle body. Postnatal classes tend to be slow flow based, whilst also addressing pelvic floor and core stability as well as meditation and breath work practices to soothe the soul.
